I.R.E.P. is a Sports Performance Program designed to create a well-rounded athlete. I.R.E.P.’s programs are specially designed by analyzing the teams/individuals specific needs, demands of the specific sport and the utilization of dynamic research based training principles. I.R.E.P.’s Mission is to equip each athlete with the skills and abilities necessary to safely excel within their specific sport. I.R.E.P. is designed for all athletes from Middle school and High School athletes, to college and elite athletes up to the weekend warriors. We are passionate about the development of all our athletes regardless of age, or sport. We specialize in developing a customized training program for individuals and teams.

Endurance Coaching

Utilizing years of review of scientific research a customized program will be developed for each individual to meet their specific needs and goals. Whether you are aiming to finish your first 5k to making the podium at Ironman Kona we have a plan for you. Many companies offer several tiers of service that have inflating price tags. At I.R.E.P. we believe that every athlete regardless of ability, event, distance or goals requires our full attention. We only offer one affordable level of service. You will have two certified professionals developing your programming for the price of $80 per month. Not only will you get a program to meet your Swim, Bike or Run needs but your will have a customized strength and conditioning program to work in conjunction with your endurance programming.

What’s included?

  • Basic Training Peaks Account www.trainingpeaks.com – Workouts are analyzed and programming is set weekly or as needed to best suit athlete needs (for athletes that would like to have Training Peaks Premium features they can self-pay with applicable fees or add $10 to their monthly fee)
  • Customized Strength Training, Core development and Dynamic Mobility plan
  • Lactic Threshold Power and/or Heart rate testing for clients using HR or Power
  • V02 Max Testing
  • Heart rate and Power level zone assignment and evaluation
  • Annual Training Plan Development
  • Race Execution Planning
  • Unlimited contact through Training Peaks and phone calls as needed
  • Workout data analysis and feedback
  • One annual Strength and Conditioning/ Mobility Screen Session (local athletes only)
  • One annual gait analysis (delivered video or in person for local athletes)
  • Coaches ride – Coach will ride with athlete and provide technique feedback(local athletes only – available dates will be posted throughout season)

Strength and Conditioning

I.R.E.P. Strength and Conditioning Programs utilize researched based training philosophies to custom tailor each workout to meet the needs of the individual athlete and their specific sport. I.R.E.P believes that all athletes can reach the next level through proper utilization of exercise programing. Every athlete and team will be screened and tested in order to optimize performance. All programs are developed by certified and experienced professionals.

I.R.E.P. Athletic Endurance:

These programs are designed to specifically meet the needs of the endurance athlete whether you are a Sprint distance marathoner, Spartan Race Warrior, or the Ironman Elite.

  • Programs are designed to optimize each training session
  • Strength Programs are developed to work in conjunction with the endurance based programs
  • Custom Tailored programs to optimize training load and training volume
  • Utilizes total core strengthening to increase swim, bike, and/or run performance
  • Develop Explosive Functional Power, Strength, and Endurance SPECIFIC to YOUR sport

I.R.E.P. Rookies:

These programs are designed to help develop and better the younger athletes aged 8-14.

  • Programs designed to develop SAFE training practices
  • Programs are developed to teach and perfect form and eliminate bad habits
  • Programs are developed to prevent future injuries

I.R.E.P. Teams:

I.R.E.P team packages are utilized to train an entire team of athletes from your cross country runners, to gymnasts, track athletes, and other team sports such as; football, basketball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, hockey, and volleyball.

  • Programs are developed for the whole team and is sport specific
  • Strength Coaches will come to your school or training facility to lead each workout (local teams only)
  • Programs will Increase Athletic Performance
  • Maximize and Develop Dynamic Flexibility
  • Develop Explosive Linear, Lateral, and Vertical Speed
  • Develop Accelaration, and Quickness
  • Develop Functional Power, Strength, and Endurance SPECIFIC to YOUR sport

I.R.E.P. College Prep:

These programs are specifically developed for the Freshman-Senior high school aged athlete looking to take the next step in their sport careers.

  • Programs are developed to optimize a student athletes potential
  • Programs are designed to help students be successful at college scouting combine events
  • Programs will Increase Athletic Performance
  • Maximize and Develop Dynamic Flexibility
  • Develop Explosive Linear, Lateral, and Vertical Speed
  • Develop Accelaration, and Quickness
  • Develop Functional Power, Strength, and Endurance SPECIFIC to YOUR sport

Biomechanical Analysis and Injury Prevention

Clinical Mobility and Proprioception Screening ($30)

Video Gait Analysis and Review ($50)

Sport Specific Injury Rehabilitation Programming (requires Rx for Athletic Training) $50 per week (we currently do not accept insurances)

Anthony J Ross ATC, CSCS and Scott Proscia ATC, M.Ed. Have a proven record accumulating team, state, and national honors from nationally placed Cheerleading teams, multiple state title winners in Basketball, Football, Soccer, Hockey, Rugby, Track & Field, Skiing & Snowboarding and Endurance Athletes. They have vast experience training athletes of all ages and abilities from youth development to international level pros and Olympians.
