I offer individual training plans for each client. I like to use Training Peaks for my clients to view their weekly training plans. For my local clients, I like to do a swim, bike and run analysis . For my remote clients, I offer weekly Skype or Facetime.
I have experience coaching everything from first time triathlons to Ironman distances. I can help you complete your first triathlon or I can help your get faster and achieve your goals. I am also good at helping your identify your strengths and weaknesses and helping you work through them.
I am a elite cycling coach for Peaks Coaching Group. I am a USA Cycling Coach Level 2, USA Triathlon Coach Level 1, USA Masters Swim Coach Level 2. I also am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer, a Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Performance Exercise Specialist.
I am currently coaching full time. My client base is both a mix of elite athletes, tri-athletes and recreational cyclists. I help my clients with the volume of their training based on their available time to train. My goal is to help my clients achieve their goal. Some of my clients train with heart rate, some with power. I believe that it’s the quality of training that counts not the quantity. That is why each program I write is specific for that client. I have a very high success with my clients due to the knowledge that I have based on training and racing myself.
In addition, I have been asked to coach at several camps. I have coached for Solvang Tri Spring Camps, Specialized Woman’s Camps, Training Peaks Camps for the past 3 years. I have experience working with both male and female athletes, of all ages.
