Medena has over 8 years of experience coaching triathletes, runners and swimmers at all levels. Medena is an All American triathlete, with over 11 years of competitive experience. She represented Great Britain in triathlon for 2 years, and raced Track & Field and Cross Country for Boston College, qualifying for the NCAA Div. 1 National Collegiate Champs in the 5KM. She also played junior tennis to a county level for 5 years. She is sponsored by Wheelworks Bikes and will be representing the US at the National AG Champs in 2013.
