Pool training in a class setting followed by transitions to bike training which will take us to a stationary bike session. The whole training session will be about 1.5 hours and cover Swim, nutrition, transition, bike and running template training. as the weather gets nicer I will organize some open water swims.
Distance and open water swimmer. Finished second for age group in the Garden spot marathon. Trail runner and triathlete.
