Infinity Triathlon Coaching and Training

We offer Group training programs with 3-4 structured group workouts every week,  Our team membership is only $100 per year and includes regular seminars for bike maintenance, effective transitions, Open Water Swimming and more.

We also have personal coaching that is customized to your specific needs.  Workouts are delivered to you every month via email as well as online training applications.  As a personal coaching member, you also get all of the benefits of the team membership included. Pay one flat fee (monthly, quarterly, or annually) and we will build weekly training plans for whatever distance race you'd like to train for.  If you want to start the season off with a sprint triathlon and then graduate to a longer distance down the road, this is the plan for you. Adjustments to the plan can be made based upon your schedule and your needs.  We will review the plan together every week and we can schedule personal one on one workouts as well.

Of course, if you just want to purchase a plan on your own, We have 12 week plans for every race distance for both beginners and more advanced athletes.  Purchase a plan once and it will be delivered to you electronically.

Personal coaching doesn't have to be expensive.  For less than the cost of most gym memberships, you can get a customized plan, structured group workouts, and more team benefits!  Each program includes a FREE one hour telephone consultation to introduce you to the program of choice, set goals, and acquaint you with the team.

We offer training program for ALL skill levels and abilities.  Our group trains for all distances from beginner Sprint triathlons all the way to Ironman distance.

"If you tell me it can't be done, I'm interested."

I've always held the belief that anything is possible if you set your mind to it.  Nothing is more true than triathlon.  I've seen so many people accomplish their goals with this amazing sport than any other.  I created this group as a way to give back and help as many people as I possibly can learn about it.

When I started training for my first race, I couldn't swim to the end of a pool and back without being out of breath.  I couldn't run more than half a mile without thinking I was going to die.  Three months later I completed my first Sprint Tri and I was hooked for life.  Nine months after that I completed my first Half Ironman.

That was in 2007.  Since then, I've raced in countless Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons.  2012 was my best year yet, placing in the top three positions in my age group several times,  winning once, and qualifying for the USAT Age Group National Championships.  I competed in 13 events in 2012, including my first Ironman distance race and my first standalone marathon (just 30 days after Ironman!)

I decided in August of 2012 that I want to teach others about the sport, so I completed the USAT clinic and passed a comprehensive exam to become a certified USA triathlon coach.

Whether you are curious about the sport and just want to learn more, or you've raced several times and want to learn how to get faster, I can help.  Come join us for a group workout and get to know the members and make sure it's a good fit for you!
