I do one on one as well as group training at Equinox as well as the beaches around South Bay (Manhattan and Hermosa mostly). I provide personalized workout programs specifically designed to meet clients needs, whether that be a weight training/cardio plan log or a series of ocean swimming training sessions. With experience in ocean racing and ocean lifesaving- I feel confident bringing novice to expert swimmers into the ocean and helping them excel with the swim portion of their tri races.

My background is in swimming and surfing, I have been an LA County Ocean Lifeguard and a Jr. Lifeguard Instructor for six years. I grew up doing ocean lifesaving competitions including ocean swim races, beach runs, and ocean paddle board races before getting into the tri scene. I have been working at Equinox South Bay as a personal trainer for about a year and have had great success in helping triathletes with both their weight training and swim training. I have lead a bunch of groups on their first ocean swims and lead a bunch of triathlon boot camps where I take out newbies to pro's to help the with swim entries, spotting, ocean specific techniques and race specific training. I also lead weekly pool workouts at the rooftop pool at Equinox from beginner to advanced swimmers.
