I do not specialize in programs for any type of person or race because every person and race is different. Just adapting one training plan to fit all my athletes will not give them the best results possible.
Dan started his career by working with physical therapy patients that needed to start transitioning into a gym setting on there own. After doing that for a few college level athletes Dan soon found him self training athletes at every level from professional to beginners. His passion for endurance racing has carried over into his coaching as he is now the Head Endurance coach at True Athletics.
