Race Training Plans for all distances of Triathlon (Sprint to Iron-distance)
Swim (pool and open water), Bike, and Run (including minimalist/barefoot) Lessons and Training Programs

I'm very adept at meeting athletes where they are in terms of ability and designing training programs that are personal to them.

Teaching swimming is my specialty. I utilize demos, video, and email feedback for the best possible results long-term.
