Semi-Custom Personal Coaching

Pre-built plans customized for your schedule and races. The layout is custom, individual workouts are not. This includes weekly coach feedback for each completed workout and direct email support from your coach. Training Plan Only

Affordable, pre-built, and proven training plans that have been used to get hundreds of athletes to their goals. Triathlon (sprint to ironman), cycling, and running plans available. Also included is access to the team forum for guidance from coaches and athletes as you progress through the plan.

Sprint to Ironman

After a successful high school track and field career, Parker continued his passion for running as a middle distance runner at Liberty University on the NCAA Division I Track & Field Team.  In January of 2011 he began to pursue triathlons.  In August 2011 he competed in the USAT Sprint Age Group National Championships and placed 1st in the 20-24 age group.  In the fall of 2011, he began training with Endorphin Fitness in preparation for the 2012 ITU Sprint Age Group World Championships representing the United States in New Zealand in October.  Parker competed again in August at the 2012 USAT Olympic Age Group National Championships and qualified once again to represent the US at the London ITU Olympic Age Group World Championship in September 2013.  Parker is a certified Health and Fitness Specialist through American College of Sports Medicine and has his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Liberty University.
