Services include technique analysis for swimming, biking and running.

Monthly through yearly coaching plans can be purchased and will be completely individualized for the athlete, with a full review of athletic goals with appropriate balance with the rest of life's demands.


All endurance training, whether short to long distance triathlon, as well as road races.

I am a USA Triathlon Certified Level I coach, avid age group triathlete and marathoner, husband, and medical professional with an interest in Sports Medicine.  I face many of the same challenges as other triathletes, such as balancing life's other demand's with our passions.  My goal is to develop a balanced, fun and effective training plan to help you meet your personal goals; which may be weight loss, race performance, or perhaps just race completion.

I have raced sprint distances through full iron-distance, despite school and work, which at times occupy 80 hours per week alone. And I have performed well at all of my races.

After several years of self-coaching I have become a certified USA Triathlon coach and would like to help others in their goal to better themselves and/or their racing performances. My passion is triathlon, but I am also willing to coach individual disciplines.
