USAT Certified Coach and Advanced Level Yoga Teacher, Tara S. Comer is an
athlete, a coach and a leader working toward building
camaraderie and safety in the triathlon community.  Coach Tara is the head
coach of Tri Kula Coaching, Triathlon Club of New England and serves on
the USAT Women's Committee.

Coach Tara has developed unique training and workshops to help athletes
enhance their lives and exceed their goals.  She is known for her
INSPIRING and CREATIVE teaching and coaching style that uses a mindful and
holistic approach to serve her athletes.  Taras practice marries her
knowledge of anatomy and physiology while tapping into the power and grace
of the body-mind connection.
