  •  Sprint (8-12 week program)

  • Weekly workout emailed directly to athlete through Training Peaks
  • Weekly analysis of power, heart rate files and graphs
  • Unlimited  coaching communications through email or phone
  • Scheduled visits with coaches on drills, form, group rides, group runs, transition practice, etc.
  • Nutritional analysis for weight management and optimal fueling for training and races
  • Video analysis of swim, bike or run (optional)

How it works

  • Each program is tailored for the athlete’s individual needs.  Your coach will provide you with a fitness assessment and talk with you about goals and expectations for your upcoming event.  Your coach will build your training plan from scratch and will help you integrate the training and nutrition into your busy lifestyle.

Bridget earned her undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio where she studied Health Promotion and Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. After graduating, she moved to Rochester, MN where she works within a well renowned wellness facility as a Health and Wellness Coach.

 

 

 

Bridget’s passions run deep in the world of sports. She is using her considerable skills as an experienced multi athlete on the state and national levels throughout both her high school and collegiate years to help people with their health, wellness, nutrition and training needs.  Bridget enjoys working with all levels of athletes from beginners to professional athletes through behavior changes, necessary assessments, and methods of training. She has been a certified personal trainer for over 8 years assisting clients with weight loss, bodybuilding, sport specific training, and disease specific progression. She has also trained over 50 beginner triathletes in the sprint triathlon distance.
