We set up training plans which are custom-designed for you, based on your goals and objectives and with input and guidance from a VQ coach. Your coach will work with you to tune and refine your plan during your training as you improve your skills and to identify key areas for future improvement.
Also, the coach conducts race previews and is available for post-race debriefing
