Greg Herzog is the founder and has been a pioneer in the Health and Fitness business for
over two decades. Recognized as one of  “AMERICAS TOP 100 TRAINERS”; He has been a
celebrity trainer to Naomi Campbell, Harvey Keitel, David Geffen and Neil Sedaka to name
a few. As a world class track and field athlete, Greg broke the 4 minute
mile in 1983 and was ranked 30th in the world, among U.S. additions.

(In 2005, Fortune Magazine documented the four-minute mile as the
greatest athletic achievement.). He is a graduate of the University of
Maryland, College Park and has also attended Auburn University and
UCLA with a background in Exercise Physiology, Sports Psychology and
a National Certification in Sports Nutrition and weight management.

He is the SEC Track and Field meet record holder as a member in the 4x800, named ALL
SEC and ACC in both Cross Country and Track and Field, Top Ten ALL TIME LIST at The
University of Maryland and Auburn University for the 1500, Mile, 2 Mile Relay, 4x800, 4x1500
and Distance Medley Relays, still hold the High School record at the Loucks Meet in White
Plains at 4:09 for 1600 meters the last 31 years, rated as one of the Top All Time US High
School Milers, as well as the Top Ten All Time list for the Millrose High School Mile 4:13.3.


Additionally, Greg competed with the British National Team on the European Track & Field
Circuit for Reebok and was the Assistant Cross Country and Track and Field coach at
Pepperdine University, and the Head Track and Field coach at Pleasantville High School.


In addition, Greg has created a 21st century self-coaching, mental, physical, emotional and
nutritional conditioning system, to find your own process for learning with behavior
modification, using a mathematical equation, to not only predict, but also change behavior
and thus performance, by providing a psychological structure, or vehicle for arranging
information, in relation to a question, so that the answer, or course of action is made clear,
to help you create a personal map, to bridge the gap from intention to achievement.
