Triathlon, Ironman, running, cycling. Making you fast!
I grew up in Bedford, New Hampshire, and graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2008, with a double major in mechanical engineering and industrial design. I started as an FFT coached athlete in 2009, which lead me to multiple PRs and an age group podium at the Ironman World Championships. I made more progress in the first 6 weeks working with FFT than I had made in the previous 3 years. Training under the FFT philospohy, I continue to improve every year, setting a 20' Ironman PR at the World Championships in 2011, with a 9:06 finish and another age group podium! The 2012 season will be my third as an FFT coach. I have experience working with single sport and multisport athletes ranging from weekend warriors to those working to break into the elite levels of sport. I've coached athletes to numerous age group wins, World Championship podiums, personal bests, and first time race finishes.Through my own experience, I've come to realize that triathlon training does not have to be a full time job. Three of my elite level athletes work full time or are doctoral students, and all three continue to improve, even on very limited training time. I know what you need to do to get faster, and it doesn't take 30hrs a week. Its never too late in the season to get started. Contact me for more information and to get started.Mike
