I started with triathlon in 2005 and have progressed from casual sprint races to racing mostly Ironman and half-ironman distances as a professional triathlete. I have completed 9 full IM races, including 3 times at the Ironman World Championships in Kona.
I have a passion for the sport and enjoy sharing knowledge from my swimming background, marathon running days, and current triathlon racing career to allow other athletes to meet their triathlon goals! I understand what it takes to race at a high level, but also how to balance your everyday life and work with training.
