TVTC is an all inclusive triathlon training program. TVTC will train you for your event based on your current level of fitness, your time available for training, and any other life situations that might arise. Therefore, our training program is specific to each individual!
At TVTC, we believe in group workouts to keep athletes motivated and training at their best. We will host three to four group workouts per week, depending on time of season and location availability.
